FireSpices Prawns: Grab any ol' plastic bag or ziplock, a glug of olive oil, FireSpices to your tolerance and as many prawns as you're up for. Seal it off, shake it, mix it, rub it, twirl it, it doesn't matter just as long as you get the spice all over it. Skewer it and grill it.
Mahi Mahi: Pretty much the same drill as prawns. Be a little more gentle rubbin' on the spice. Throw it on the grill or bake it. I gotta go make some right now.
