Tofu: Take a pound of extra-firm, drain it, pat it down to get that damn water out, zip it and throw it into the freezer. Take it out to thaw, cube it, put it back in the bag and add some olive oil or any liquid you want and a few tablespoons of any of my blends. Zip it up and shake it around until you've coated the cubes. Then bake it, fry it, grill it, skewer it or eat it raw. It's soy afterall.
